[Tubeat Payment] Regarding Send Payment Service

You can purchase every item in a Korean online shopping mall or from a Korean seller with Tubeat Send Payment Service. If you use our send payment service, we will pay for your order on your behalf even if you do NOT have a Korean bank account. We offer every payment method: make a bank transfer, make a deposit without a bankbook, and remit to a virtual account.

To use our send payment service, you should ask for the payment information for your order (the name of the bank, the bank account number, the receiver name, and the amount) to the Korean online shopping mall or the Korean seller. Regarding how to use Tubeat Send Payment Service, please refer to the below.

[How to use Tubeat Send Payment Service]
1. Log in to Tubeat.
2. Click the “Send Payment” page.
3. Click the “CREATE PAYMENT” button.
4. Enter Step 1: Payment Information (Send Amount, Sender Name, and Bank Account Number – the name of the bank, and the bank account number), and Click the “Check Account” button.
5. Check Step 1: Payment Information (Receiver Name) and Click the “Next” button.
6. Enter Step 2: Payment Details (Seller Type, Seller URL, Product Name, Seller Contact, Order Number (Option), Note (Option)), and Click the “Make Payment” button.
7. Select Step 3: Payment Method (Payment Method) and Check payment details.
8. Read Step 3: Payment Method (Payment Agreement) and Check the checkbox.
9. Enter Step 3: Payment Method (Tubeat Password) and Click the “Make Payment”.
10. Complete to apply for “Tubeat Send Payment Service”.
   ※ After you apply for our send payment service, you should verify your Tubeat account only for the first use. Regarding how to complete the verification, please refer to the below link.

   ※ If you complete the verification, every send payment service will be done in real-time.

If you want to receive a refund from the Korean online shopping mall or the Korean seller due to out of stock, damage, or defective products after completing our send payment service, please ask for a refund for your payment amount to the below Tubeat bank account.

If the Korean online shopping mall or the Korean seller has completed the refund, please ask for the refund information (the date of the refund, the amount of the refund, the name of the person who remitted the amount). Then, let us know via our customer support center.

[How to get a refund for the send payment service]
1. Log in to Tubeat.
2. Click the “Customer Support” page.
3. Click the “Register” button.
4. Enter Email address, Related transaction ID, Question category (Send Payment), Subject, Question details.
   ※ For Related transaction ID, please enter the Payment ID on Send Payment page.
   ※ For Question details, please enter the refund information that was provided by the Korean online shopping mall or the Korean seller: the date of the refund, the amount of the refund, the name of the person who remitted the amount.
5. Click the “Submit” button.
   (As soon as our representative finds the refund details you requested, he/she will refund the amount to your Tubeat balance.)
7. Double check your Tubeat balance.
   ※ Tubeat only can refund the amount which was completed with our send payment service, and only can refund the amount as Tubeat balance.
   ※ If Tubeat can NOT find the refund details you requested, we can NOT refund the amount.
   ※ Please do not use our send payment service to send money to an unknown person, as it may be abused for criminal purposes. Tubeat does not have any responsibility for any incorrect use of our send payment service caused by customer’s negligence.
