Tubeat Balance is a service that pre-charges a certain amount before using Tubeat’s various services. If you have preloaded your Tubeat balance, it will be faster and easier to complete your payment when you pay for the service.

There are two ways to top up a Tubeat balance: using PayPal OR transferring money to Tubeat’s foreign bank account. For details on how to top up the Tubeat balance, please refer to the below.

[How to top up the Tubeat balance – Using PayPal]
1. Log in to Tubeat.
2. Click the “Balance” page.
3. Click the “CREATE DEPOSIT” button.
4. Select Payment Method – Input the amount you want to deposit – Select Currency (USD or KRW) – Click the “Check Deposit” button.
5. Check Currency Rate, Paypal Fee, and Total PayPal Payment Amount. – Click the “Make Payment” button.
6. Complete PayPal payment.

[How to top up the Tubeat balance – Transferring money to Tubeat’s foreign bank account]
1. Remit the amount you want to top up your Tubeat balance to the below Tubeat’s foreign bank account.
   Beneficiary account details
   Account number: 180012026520
   Beneficiary bank country: Korea, Republic of
   Beneficiary account currency: United States Dollar (USD)
   Bank name: SHINHAN BANK
   Bank address: SEJONG-DAERO GIL, 20, 9 JUNG-GU
   Bank code: 0880013
   (If you can enter any references when you remit your money, please kindly enter your Tubeat ID.)
2. Log in to Tubeat.
3. Click the “Customer Support” page.
4. Enter Email address, Related transaction ID (Leave it blank), Question category (Select “Others”), Subject, Question details.
   ※ For “Question details”, please enter your remittance information (remitter name, remittance amount, remittance date).
5. Check the “check box”.
6. Click the “Submit” button.
   (As soon as we find your inquiry, we will check the remittance information and will top up your Tubeat balance.)
7. Double-check your topped-up Tubeat balance.
   ※ Unfortunately, it is not possible to top up the Tubeat balance by transferring KRW to Tubeat’s foreign bank account. If anyone wants to top up the Tubeat balance using Tubeat’s foreign bank account, please remit the amount in USD.
   ※ Tubeat is negotiating with the Korean bank now. As soon as we completed the negotiation, we will reflect our system that you can remit your money to top up your Tubeat balance in KRW

Unused Tubeat balance can be refunded at any time by the same method you used before to top up your balance. If anyone wants to refund the balance, please leave an inquiry in our customer support center.
Please gently understand that we only can refund your balance by the same method you used before to top up your balance, so please top up your balance only the necessary amount you need and use the entire amount of your balance as much as possible. For details on how to request to refund the Tubeat balance, please refer to the below.

[How to request to refund the Tubeat balance]
1. Log in to Tubeat.
2. Click the “Customer Support” page.
3. Enter Email address, Related transaction ID, Question category (Select “Others”), Subject, Question details.
   ※ For “Related transaction ID”, please enter related “Deposit ID” on the “Balance” page.
   ※ For “Question details”, please enter your Tubeat ID and the balance amount you want to refund.
   ※ If you have topped up your balance using Tubeat’s foreign bank account, you should let us know your bank account information (Name and address of the account holder, Account number, Bank name, Bank code, Country in which the bank is located, etc.) when you request a refunding your balance. In that case, please be sure to leave the relevant information in the “Question details”, and please note that we should refund the balance except the transfer fee. Accordingly, the refunded amount may be smaller than you expected.
4. Check the “check box”.
5. Click the “Submit” button.
   (As soon as we find your inquiry, we will check your remaining Tubeat balance and will refund it.)
6. Tubeat balance is refunded.
