Tubeat will process your shipping requests in the order they are received. In general, we will update the shipping fee for the shipping request within 5 business days.

However, if it is a large (weight and volumetric weight are over 10KG) item or the item has been requested a customized packing service, packing takes a few more days. In that case, we may update the shipping fee later than the due date.

If you want to check the shipping fee as soon as possible, you can use the one-day packing service.
If you request a one-day packing service, the shipping fee will be updated within 24 hours from the date you requested shipping.

If you want to request a one-day packing service, please enter “[One-day Packing]” in the “Other Requests” field (the bottom of the shipping details) when you request shipping your items.

※ The one-day packing service will be charged an additional fee.
※ If it is a large (weight and volumetric weight are over 10KG) item or the item has been requested a customized packing service, a one-day packing service is not available.
※ Your one-day packing requests can be rejected if they are hard to address. In that case, we will inform you individually, and the one-day packing service fee will not be charged.
※ The method of requesting a one-day packing service may be changed to a more convenient method in the future.
